Rack arrived damaged; it was clearly a return that they didn't check before reshipping to me. The bubble wrap was loose and not on the rods; there were large gouges in the metal. The hardware was loose and all over the bottom of the box. Purchased these as a gift for a friend in neutral. They did arrive quickly! He said they have a mild chemical scent but it seems to be the clear coating on them and believes this will go away over time and not worried about it.
