This hanging rack is high quality and easy to assemble. The directions are clear. I am so glad I chose this organizer over others I viewed. From the pictures, I didn’t realize that the cubby holes had a back on them! If I could give this item ZERO stars I would. I received a package with parts that either do not belong with the item or were machined incorrectly. Poor quality and lack of quality control. It wasn’t able to be assembled because it seems I rd dived a mixture of components that do not belong to the advertised item. This is by far the worst item I’ve ever purchased from Wayfair and it belongs in the trash heap. Needless to say I’m returning, but it needs to be thrown into the trash. I would advise Wayfair to remove this item from sale and look into carrying items from a company with such poor manufacturing. Do not buy this item…it is complete trash!. Rachel. Smithsburg, MD.
