Patience is a virtue - I was able to put this shed together by myself in about 10 hours. Picture instructions were 90% adequate however there were some steps I had to really focus on the drawings to determine where the pieces fit - inside/outside position grooves. Some of the screw instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. Definitely use a drill to help screws go in cleanly and keep closer to the outer edges to ensure screws actually go into walls. Having a second pair of hands during the wall & roof installation would have been less taxing physically. Screws for door hinges have no spares and as 2 of the 24 provided did not fit really well and I ended up stripping one of them and the other was only able to tighten half way I would have like the floor to be a bit firmer than it is. And the sizing is more 4.5 ft x 2.5 ft which was a bit of let down as I wanted to fit my current shelving units on both sides. I also would have liked a middle roof bracket to give it more stability for the door opening, plus I think it would have helped make the roof installation a bit easier.. Christine. North Saanich, BC. This thing rocks. It shipps in 2 boxes (one is 100lbs). It shipped quick (3 days) and arrived on time. Produce wise, it was packed better than things that are 3x the cost. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. We lost an existing shed to a falling tree recently so we fortunately already had a base. I would not recommend building this on the ground. Needs a slab or some sort of structure. Anyhow, the shed came neatly packed in two boxes. I must admit, it was intimidating to see all of the parts and screws but they were all organized well and easy to identify. As is often the case with these types of projects, the instructions could use some help. It was a two day effort with two people. But it is up. Good value for the money. I so desperately needed a shed and am looking forward to finishing this assembly! I had to get a good base set up for it and secure it, now that’s done and I’ll be able to upload more of the finished product. It arrived in two boxes, the larger box, box 2 of 2, is the one that contains the assembly instructions. Hoping this goes together as smoothly as it was shipped! Adding photos of completed build! I did see one reviewer mention that it was easier to assemble the roof partly before putting it on top, and that was super helpful. We attached the roof panels with the screws on the toppitch of the roof. I will say, all of the screws that were provided were quite short, so I ended up using some longer self tapping screws in place. Added some OSB on top of the floor frame, and everything seems good to go! The front doors don’t close evenly and probably will need a magnet at the very top center to keep them fully shut. Five stars. This storage shed is exactly what I hoped for: sturdy, stylish, and a huge upgrade from cramming yard tools in my laundry room. The material is the real win here. I specifically did not want a metal shed, and this proves why. It looks great in my backyard, feels solid, and is easy to wipe down and keep clean. Bonus: my HOA only allows this type of material anyway, so it checked that box too. My only beef is the door “handles.” There are no real handles, so you have to put your fingers inside the cutout and pull, which is not the best user experience. A simple handle design would make this perfect. Assembly note: this is not a one-person job. It took me and my daughter about 3 hours. This shed is easy to install with all the tools included. It is a little on the lightweight side. It is very roomy and has locks to secure closure. But still has gaps that rain or water can get in. This is a nice looking shed. It is sturdy and fits quite a lot of items. It is not too tall and has good width dimensions. The assembly was pretty straightforward except that about one half of the pieces for assembly had a plastic film on them that had to be removed which was a little cumbersome. I received 4 boxes, wow! Very heavy so be prepared to help your mail man get them off the truck. Delivery was super fast btw, thumbs up for Wayfair, as always they kept me in the loop, with email, texts! I did the inventory to assure all pieces are delivered. Each box has all the pieces that are needed to be in them and each pieces is meticulously labeled, thumbs up to this Company ! However it could be very intimidating, it's literally hundreds of pieces...I was able to follow along a manual to ensure all pieces are in each of the 4 boxes.. it was a daunting task but with patient and good organization it is do-able within 1 h. I found a pair of gloves in box 1 , which are so USEFUL! , since the raw corners and edges can really be painful on repeat handling without any hand protection. The "Resin" is a hollow tubed plastic board about 1/2 inch thick. Very impressed with the quality i must say. The color seems darker grey than on the photo in the sale post. I will need about a week Wayfair to start the built and i will come back and add to the review. But i must say so fare I am very impressed and give it 5 Stars. Also we are not afraid to built in the cold! So stay tuned for the finished shed! Update 12/7 we stated to built it and it's good so fare, but be aware HERE ARE NO PREDRILLED OR PRE MARKED HOLES! YOU HAVE TO MEASURE WHERE TO PUT THE SCREWS ETC. ITS NOT FOR BEGINNER BUILDERS AND IT IS ALL IN CM not INCHES.....We put 2 walls up and also the wall with the window in it, which was marked wrong on the Instructions, but as said for an advanced experienced builder it was clear to NOT go by the instructions....Anyway the quality is good , but it is a process to built due to above given reasons.. I haven’t been able to fully assemble this shed yet because my kit is missing a few pieces, so I’ll update my review once it’s complete. From what I’ve seen so far, the instructions are clear, easy to follow, and very user-friendly. The resin panels seem a bit thinner than I expected, making the shed feel somewhat flimsier than I’d prefer, although it should still be adequate for basic storage.
