I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

Upgrade your outdoor storage with this modern, heavy-duty resin shed, designed for homeowners who want long-lasting durability, weather protection, and a clean contemporary look. Available in two sizes (6×4 and 8×12) and two stylish colors (Teak Brown & Light Grey), this shed blends seamlessly with any home exterior—whether you prefer a natural wood-tone appearance or a light, heat-reducing neutral. Each shed is constructed from high-quality PP extruded panels (1.6cm thick) reinforced with galvanized steel supports on the roof and walls for superior strength. The structure is completely weatherproof, UV-resistant (3000 hours), frost-proof, and rustproof, engineered to withstand winds up to 50mph, snow loads up to 175 kg/m³ and temperatures from -58°F to 158°F, ensuring reliable performance in extreme weather. Inside the eaves edge is a drainage channel, directing rainwater to flow out of the four corner holes, keeping the shed dry and preventing water accumulation. All materials are new, fully recyclable, and contain no PVC. The shed includes a durable floor, providing a clean, elevated surface for storage. For best long-term performance, it is recommended to install the shed on a wooden base or concrete foundation, ensuring maximum stability and load-bearing strength. For everyday convenience, this shed features windows on all sides for natural visibility, plus a semi-transparent lighting ridge that brightens the interior during the day. Dual vents at the front and back promote air exchange and help regulate temperature. Wide double doors allow easy access for lawn equipment, bikes, tools, and large storage items. To further enhance usability, each shed includes two premium solar-powered lights, designed to install neatly inside the structure for expanded, brighter interior coverage without electrical wiring. The dual-light setup allows flexible placement, improved visibility across the entire shed, and added safety when accessing stored items in low-light conditions. The battery includes a rechargeable power storage system that retains energy for use when sunlight is insufficient, and it also features a cordless charging option that allows it to be charged at home and then brought back to the shed for use. The device uses a 3.6V 21700 ternary lithium battery with a 4600mAh capacity and static current of less than 200UA, providing an average discharge time of 5 hours, and is supported by a 2W (5V/400mAh) solar panel with an approximate charging time of 14 hours. A full ground-anchoring expansion screw kit is included for stability and security. Straightforward instructions make assembly simple for all homeowners with an estimated assembly time of 2 hours with 2 people. Whether used as a garden shed, tool storage, lawn equipment shelter, workshop, bike shed, or backyard utility building, this heavy-duty resin shed from a Trusted Brand offers outstanding durability, modern style, and dependable protection for years to come. Made by a trusted brand known for quality and reliability.

I recently bought this 8x12 heavy-duty outdoor resin shed, and I’m very impressed with the item. It feels noticeably more robust than other resin sheds I looked at — the reinforced panels and metal supports give it a strong, dependable structure. Even after heavy rain and gusty winds, everything inside remained completely dry. Putting it together was fairly simple and took around three hours with two people. The wide double doors easily accommodate my ladder and larger tools, and the reinforced floor feels firm and secure underfoot. One of the highlights for me is the custom-fit solar light. It’s a great addition — it mounts neatly inside the shed and provides impressively bright illumination. The built-in backup battery is a real bonus, and I appreciate that it can recharge via solar power or a wall outlet, so you’re never without light. Best of all, no wiring is required. I also felt reassured knowing it comes from a USA-based brand. The overall craftsmanship reflects that — it’s clearly well-designed and made for long-term use. All in all, it looks tidy in the yard, feels highly durable, and includes thoughtful features that help it stand out. It’s definitely a purchase I’m glad I made.. Chaya. Mon Mar 02 2026

This 11-foot wide storage shed from Lifetime provides the perfect space for a tool shop, outdoor gear and ATVs, or even a place to park your car. Lockable steel-reinforced doors provide added security to protect valuable items, and six shatterproof polycarbonate windows illuminate the interior with natural light. The spacious interior, heavy-duty steel-reinforced construction and low-maintenance design gives you a durable garage or workshop, and is the perfect solution to your storage needs. Consult local building codes before assembly. Note: This shed must be built on a flat level foundation of wood or concrete (not included). It is designed with a slight indentation in each corner of the floor so that you can drill through the flooring to secure it to the foundation. Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is therefore not included in the shed kit. Our window walls are interchangeable with any of the shed’s side walls, so you can place them wherever they best fit your layout and lighting needs! Consult all local building codes to verify if the shed requires a building permit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm pleased with the shed I finished two days ago. We're using it as storage and a workshop while we convert our garage into a playroom for our kids. There are several things we like about it, including the design, ample space, affordable price, and the fact that it's easy to maintain with just a pressure wash. However, there are a few downsides. Since it's made of plastic, some of the pieces didn't fit together as smoothly as expected, despite my efforts to level the platform and deburr the edges. Specifically, some of the corner trim was slightly too long, which prevented the corner roof panels from fitting properly. Additionally, the holes in the top tiles didn't line up exactly with the main roof panels, even though the panels lined up with the trusses and walls. The window latches were also difficult to turn, and I had to trim the plastic inserts significantly to get them to work. I'll need to contact Lifetime to get a couple of replacement windows due to a manufacturing defect. Despite these minor issues, I'm satisfied with the shed overall. I did have some difficulty putting most of it together alone. The doors absolutely require two people, so it's definitely easier with help throughout. I'm glad I received good help with the doors. I didn't need to level or have any issues with the door assembly. I love the rolling double door and single door. It's great to open it up in nice weather and makes it convenient for ventilation when using a table saw and then blowing out the sawdust. The directions, YouTube video, and BILT app were helpful and straightforward. If you have DIY experience, it's not overwhelming, but it's still a big project that took me a full workweek to complete. There were a lot of screws and bolts, and it was much more time-consuming than the two other plastic sheds I've built before. I will be pulling an electric permit to run a subpanel for power and lights. I will also be building an internal wood frame. I am grateful for the product.. Benny. Portland, OR. Tue Apr 02 2024
