Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

It’s really nice! Got a professional to put it together and it took a long time and some extra tools from the hardware store to get it the way we wanted it. (Size 12x16) Only note is that some of the metal pieces for the roof were slightly dented. But besides that the shade is nice.. Christella. Sun Aug 16 2026

It’s perfect for what I needed. I initially set out to find an aluminum model, but this one ended up being an excellent choice. It gets quite windy in my area, so I really appreciate the additional weight and stability. Assembly went fairly smoothly, although I did have to get a little creative when fitting some of the connectors that join the beams together (time waster for sure, better QA is needed). A good soft mallet definitely comes in handy for getting everything seated properly without damaging the parts. I was also missing one component when the package arrived, but the replacement was shipped within a couple of days. Fortunately, it wasn’t a part that prevented me from completing the assembly and there were no damaged parts. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and feel it was a great fit for my needs.. Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. This is a stylish and sturdy outdoor patio gazebo. It features a simple design that offers a large shade and gives efficient large protection from bright light, sun's rays, and harsh heat. The hardtop gazebo gives you a spot to enjoy your garden come rain or shine. It will become a permanent addition to your outdoor space, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing alone or with family.

We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. We even had to use a ladder as a deadman because we needed a 3rd person when putting up the frame. outside frame.. Nicole. Hilliard, OH. Sun Jul 26 2026

Double Steel Roof – Ventilated & Weatherproof The double-layer galvanized steel roof features a vented top for natural airflow, reducing heat buildup. The outer layer blocks sun and rain while the inner layer keeps the space dry.

Weather has permitted me from putting it together but will update photos as soon as I do. It came in three largelong boxes and one smaller box. The metal seems sturdy. It definitely looks like you will need three people as advised. I can’t wait to put it together and in my back yard.. Cheryl. Sneads Ferry, NC. Sat Sep 19 2026

The adjustable roof lets you control sunlight, shade, while the integrated drainage system helps channel rainwater through the posts. Built with a durable aluminum frame and steel louvers, it combines lasting performance with a clean, modern design for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. The roof was flimsy and noisy whenever there was a breeze, and if you forgot to close it tight before a rain, the weight of the water was going to tear it . It actually wasn’t 10x10 as advertised, maybe 9x9, and the sun came under the east & west sides, no you were seldom shielded from the sun. So I tried Wayfair after noticing my neighbor’s, got the same one only I ordered the pulldown screens for 2 sides. It also has a louvered metal roof ( huge improvement), we love it! I hired a local company to assemble it ( my neighbor again), took 3 men about 7 hours. Notice my neighbor’s Wayfair pergola in the background, with curtains).. David. San Antonio, TX. Designed for all-weather performance, this patio gazebo features a double-tier ventilated polycarbonate roof that enhances cross ventilation while efficiently draining rainwater, shielding you from strong UV rays, heavy rain, wind and snow in every season.

The gazebo itself is pretty good for the. One thing I did notice is that the four support posts seem a little insufficient for a gazebo of this size. I would feel more comfortable if there were additional support points, especially for extra stability. Unfortunately, my first assembly experience was very disappointing. I paid for Service Pro specifically to avoid the headache of assembling such a large gazebo myself, but the first team was very unprofessional and left the project unfinished. It ended up causing me much more stress than expected. Thankfully, Wayfair handled the situation fairly. They refunded 90 of the assembly fee and gave me the option to have another team finish the job. The second team, Ignacio Genesis Team Assembly, was amazing. They were professional, communicated well, and did a great job taking over and completing the unfinished project. I highly recommend them! Overall, I’m happy with the gazebo and think it’s a good value for the price. The four-post design is my main concern regarding stability, but the gazebo itself looks great. I also appreciate that Wayfair worked with me to resolve the assembly issue and gave me the opportunity to have a different team complete the job.. Anonymous. Fri Sep 25 2026

I’m not sure we could be happier with our gazebo. After spending time budgeting and planning a build-from-scratch project, this became clear to us that it was more affordable and frankly better looking. We love the size of the posts and the look of the metal roof. We are looking to add lights and fan(s) in the near future. Ours is a 15x13. We would consider ourselves very handy with tools and construction. It took four of us (two in our twenties and two in our forties) a three day weekend to put this together. The hardest part was the height of the roof and the reach needed to attach some screws. None of the work is challenging. It just requires some basic construction skills and teamwork (patience)..
