This is a pretty piece that was fairly simple to build. It does have a bit of a scratch or dent on the one window pane and the doors are flimsy and need some sort of padding so they don’t slam shut. I really really love the color and assembly wasn’t too difficult with two people. However, there is a big ugly gap in the middle and we followed the instruction to a T so that was disappointing and we are trying to find the solution to that. I bought to fit mounted on the slanted bottom of my back entryway closet. It fits perfect and installed easily. It appears as pictured and adorable. My issue however is how far away the bars start from the wall. This causes kids shoes to fall through. It probably wouldn't be an issue if I didn't install it on an angle. Not worth returning. It is a cool concept, pretty easy to put together but the shoes do not fit as nicely as I would like. My roommate has large men shoes so you have to really push them in for it to close and the last tier are for children or small female shoes. Overall nice to have hidden shoe rack with a seat. I ordered this shoe cabinet hoping to store my husbands shoes but unfortunately he wears a size 13 shoe and will not fit. This cabinet is more for a size 10 and below. The instructions were horrible and I had to YouTube a video of a similar cabinet to figure it out. It is not tall as it appear on the website and very lightweight but does co.e with a wall anchor.
