Did not get what I anticipated. Included picture from website shows and states ceiling bike rack system. Other picture is what I received. Two rails and that’s it. Disappointed in that. The sleek blow-molded sliding track design is multi-functional and weatherproof. First, you can store your rods on the wall in a vertical position. If you want to modify the rack to fit your needs, remove the deep cavernous rod handle caps to mount rods in a horizontal position. The innovative "J" hooks are specially designed with a flexible tab to ensure your rods remain securely in place. The top and bottom tracks have removable end caps so other 3-in-1 all-weather rod racks can be added to expand rod storage capacity from 6 to 12 or even 18. If you like to store your rod's with alternating tips and handles for maximum capacity, remove the end caps then slide out the J clips and the rod handle holders then reset them tip to handle.

It takes some effort to line up and secure the two bars - top and bottom - so everything fits properly.. Sarah. Chicago, IL. Thu May 13 2021

So far, am discouraged. My joists in my garage ceiling are on 24" center and the product doesn't seem to allow only 2 lag connections as their 'bar' is 38". I texted/chatted the question of using 2 lags vs the 3 recommended. I do not want to attach the bar on a single joist as i want to hang the bikes in the other direction - across the joists. If i get satisfactory answers, I will submit a new review,. Mary Ellen. Leland, NC. Sun Mar 10 2024

Wonderful rack. Very easy to install and does the job of keeping my bike out of the way.. Belval24. US. Sun Jan 26 2025

Perfect. We have an 8 ft garage ceiling so we don't have the one bike up too high. We put the least used bike at the top and my husband's bike is on the ground to offer added balance for the pole (which isn't really necessary as it appears to be very sturdy) but on the bracket. It still frees up space as it stands upright and the kickstand isn't down. We have my bike right next to the bottom bike. I installed this by myself but it helps to have one other person with a level to ensure the pole is vertically level on all sides. If you overextend it, it will cause the pole to bow outwards so do NOT over-tighten it which is my personal recommendation. To be safe, I mounted stop blocks on the ceiling to prevent any accidental slippage. Better safe than sorry. Overall, I would recommend this product and love the added space it gives us in the garage. Delivery was fairly quick considering the current backlog in shipments worldwide.. Grace. VA.
