The shelf was packaged well and was easy enough to put together with two people. I only gave it three stars because it is not heavy duty as described. The packaging was great, delivery was late. They are very sturdy built, but, they give you zip ties to secure the racks to the wall braces. The braces only have long open holes down the sides, making it too easy for the zip ties to slide back and forth. 2 suggestions. They need to make a lot of small drill holes down the sides of the braces, and the zip ties need to be like 2-3" longer. I had to use some of my own longer ties to make it work right.
