When my husband was putting this together, the particle board on one of the pieces broke. I tried to get a replacement piece; couldn't get it. I asked for a replacement but when completely assembled the broken piece is not visible and I have decided to use the table and not persue the issue any more. It's more trouble than it's worth to me. Crisp and clean-lined, it has a rectangular silhouette with corner bracket feet for an antique-inspired look that's also ideal for space-conscious rooms. It's made from engineered wood with a distressed neutral finish and a birch veneer wrap, that blends in nicely with styles ranging from traditional to cottage. Inside it is an oatmeal-hued liner that can also go into the washing machine. To access the actual compartment, simply pull on the metal handle.

Instructions not particularly good. Blurry black and white and inconsistent use of terms between the legend and actual instructions sheet. The picture on the product page shows the hamper compartment that leans out as flush, but following the instructions, as best as I could interpret them, just left the compartment laying on bottom of the frame. I think that maybe there were two holes missing on that hamper compartment piece where the holder pins are supposed to be pressed into to line up with the counterpart holes on the frame. At least it seemed to be that's how this would need to be designed in order to match the photos from the product page. I did end up drilling those two holes to achieve the functionality depicted. But other than those quirks, it seems to be a fairly solid piece for the price point when put all together.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 03 2025
