Great out of the box! It wasn’t too complicated, which I was worried about, and the app is very easy to use to designate different areas and tell the vacuum where not to go. Easily ran the first vacuum and mop, and the floors were immediately much cleaner. Works so good! Finally, a mop that washes itself as it cleans. My hardwood floors are not just water pushed around with a dirty mop, it rotates the brushes and rinses the mop. I actually enjoy this vacuum very much! The lights in the front are surprisingly bright, especially in the dark. I tend to be very fast so after maybe two times going over the same spot everything is picked up. I love that it’s super easy to clean and the attachments are great too! The convenience of removing it 3 different lengths is awesome; the handle, medium for hard to reach spot, and the brushes for the floors. My only complaint is the battery. I’ve been lucky to have it vacuum my entire home (~1250 sq ft) just before it dies but I’ve noticed it’s slowly decreasing with time. I do have 4 pets (2 dogs/2 cats) so it could be I’m wearing it out fast especially when vacuuming loose litter my cats tend to leave around lol Either way I’m really satisfied with the product all together.. Finally I found one that works! I love this wet/dry vacuum! I tried several other ones but they all failed quickly. This one works really well. I use it 2-3 times every day. I have pets kids, and a farm. The floor gets really messy every day. This massive vacuums and mops at the same time and doesn't get blocked like the others did. My only criticism is that the battery doesn't last long enough. But I can deal with that because the floor is clean and it self cleans afterwards. We use other Bissell products so we knew we could count on this to work and man did it deliver!
