Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. These closet systems are a great color. Assembly was VERY time consuming. We ended up hiring a contractor to assemble and install them. The assembly time indicated was grossly underestimated. The curtain rods that are inside of the main portion of the system doesn’t have enough room to hang a simple shirt. They should have been mounted above the shelf and the shelf should have been removed all together. It is definitely more cheaply made that previous systems we have had. This closet system makes very creative use of space. It’s the only system I found that accommodates for a dressing table in a reach in closet. I absolutely love it!!! There are a few very important details to note here prior to purchasing. When installing this system, you will want to install it at the height stated in the instructions as the “ minimum length from floor to unit.” If you install it any higher, the dressing table will probably be too tall to put a stool there and get ready at a comfortable height. Do note that in doing this height, the hanging length for clothes you will have on the bottom rod is the minimum suggested (36”). If you are somebody who is tall with long clothes, this may not be the best fit for you. For me it is just right. Also be aware that for hanging space to be on both sides of the main dressing table unit, you need to have a wall on each side. If you have a long double closet opening without a wall in between this could present an issue. Lastly, all of the weight is obviously supported by the wall. In order to mount into the studs, we had to drill additional holes to get both the support from the studs, as well as positioning the closet system in a way that made the best use of space. I chose not to use the provided mirror and got a LED style bathroom mirror that lights up instead. All in all this is a great closet system at a great price. I bought 4 systems for my master closet. Two with doors and drawers and two with open shelves and drawers. I love the quality of the product. Instruction booklets are thorough but the videos are outstanding really helpful. I designed my own configuration. There are 6’ double hanging racks on a wall that isn’t pictured. I have 8 and 10” drawers on each tower. The drawers are nice and roomy. You need to read the product description carefully to know exactly what you are getting.
