This thing rocks. It shipps in 2 boxes (one is 100lbs). It shipped quick (3 days) and arrived on time. Produce wise, it was packed better than things that are 3x the cost. Between the box and the material was 1/2" of foam AND 1/4" of wood. There were also 1/8" corner guards. The instructions could be better in some cases, but nothing worse than any other product. Made the mistake of not finishing in one day a windy day blew it down. Material is very thin bends easily. Don't leave unattended. After finishing everything was fine. Anchoring is very important. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Angi finally sent two new techs to perform the install of the new shed and it went better. However, from when I ordered the shed to when the second one got installed, it was over a month.. Nicholas. I’m about halfway finished constructing this shed. So far, everything it lining up nicely. I was a bit worried when I saw comments from others, but I’ve found no issues yet. Yes, there are lots of screws but its needed to hold the panels in place. The harder parts (roof and doors) are not done yet, hoping they also just fit together well. Assembly was fine. Quality is what I expected for the price. My only complaint is the door is already curling in a way that creates gaps. Is not a deal breaker. This product is the ideal outdoor storage for items such as watering cans, hoses, spades, and pots. Of course, more than that as well. The medium garden shed's left side has two shelves. The right size is much bigger and you can store some long tools. The waterproof roof is not only durable but also beautiful. If your garage is full, this can help you make your yard cleaner.

It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana.
