12 ft. W x 26 ft. D Wooden Garage Shed is the perfect addition to any property looking to add more storage space. Park your car, store your riding mower, and any other tools you have, all at the same time! Once the Fairmont Garage is assembled, it will look like it was always meant to be there. Put it alongside your house like a standard garage, or put it in the backyard for a detached garage and storage shed. Once you paint it, add shingles and a garage door and you will have a beautiful addition to your property!

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Pretty easy to follow instructions and materials were well documented and tagged. Lots of room inside. We reconfigured windows and one door easily. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025
