These shelves look really nice and I love the rustic, natural wood look. I haven’t installed them yet, so I can’t speak to how easy they are to install or how sturdy they are once mounted. Very nice, beautiful shelves, Easy to install, they look great! We got the black and the finish on them is perfect. These shelves are very sturdy if you install them properly. There are anchors and screws included however we did not use them, our personal preference is to always opt for toggle bolts when a stud is unavailable. We feel that always gives anything that we attach to a wall that will be holding any kind of weight, extra security. We have never had any real luck with provided anchors (with any product, not just this one) whether they be the plastic or the metal anchors so we just don't ever use them, but the shelves and hidden hanging brackets are very sturdy, it's the drywall we don't trust!. What a beautiful, solid shelf! It was perfect for this spot in our powder bathroom. I had been looking for just the right shelf for quite awhile spent a lot of time poring through photos and reviews. I did not realize how difficult it would be to find a shelf of this size, of good quality, and to not to spend 100… I am very pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend. The walnut color is beautiful! I bought the 24 inch wide shelf. Keep in mind, the shelf itself is pretty heavy. You’ll definitely want to use the anchors provided, or be certain you are attaching it to wall studs. I do wish it was sold as a single, since I only needed one shelf. But, I’ll be looking for another spot in our home to hang the second one! Or might resell the extra one. Tip for installation once I found the height and measured where I wanted to center it on the wall, I marked the center hole and installed that anchor and screw, but left the screw kind of loose, so I could toggle the bracket with a level, and make sure the bracket was perfectly straight before continuing. I’m somewhat handy, and was able to install it myself within 45 minutes (including deciding on a perfect spot, measuring, gathering tools, etc.). As I said earlier, it is a heavy shelf, and even the bracket is heavy itself, so you might need an extra set of hands to help with measuring placement.. Megan. MO. Fri Sep 11 2026
