Theses ended up being exactly what we needed we have a counter space i wanted to use as a sort of bar table thing and they where so cute. Not to bad putting together. It shipped fast and undamaged. I always like wording fro wayfair.

I love these stools. They blended in with my other chairs perfect. It was easy to put together and the directions were easy to understand for the most part. I don’t normally put furniture together and I was able to put it together without a ton of help.

I initially was looking for barstools for my kitchen area. I saw these in the Tried and True listing and liked them, but did not think that they looked like my other decor as far as the style. Also, they were not tall enough for my countertops. As silly as this may sound, my children gave my husband and I an old school Nintendo. In our teens and early 20s we loved playing certain games, especially Dr. Mario. My husband set the game box up in one of the spare bedrooms and we have been sitting on the bed to play. Because we have very high ceilings and the TV is up high, we have to look up in order to play, and after a while, our necks begin to hurt. When I saw these, I thought how perfect it would be if we had a set of barstools that we could sit in while we play. We now call one of our bedrooms a game room! As far as quality, these chairs are substantial and well made. Personally, I prefer a high back barstool as opposed to the top of the stool hitting me at midback. Another thing which is cosmetic, it would look nice to have wooden caps to cover the screw holes. Overall these are very nice and I would recommend them.

The stools had some challenges during the assembly. As the sides were being adhered it was discovered that the size of the pegs was either too big or the wholes in this same area were too small. As we assembled it did not fit properly and therefore the side of the chair cracked. That needs to be described to the vendor to help with their quality control going forward. The stools are good looking outside of that issue. We will try to glue the side back in-place to prevent this deficiency from being visible. This happened on only one of the two stools.
