Worst product EVER purchased on Wayfair. Bought mattress topper during Wayfair's October sale. Saved it for my granddaughter's birthday on Jan 1st. It NEVER inflated to its alleged 2" after patiently waiting for it to do so for about 10 days.Still flat as a pancake. Unfortunately other customers photos were not posted when I originally purchased in October. I called Wayfair in early January and spoke to Paula. She said it was past Wayfair's 30 day return policy. Wayfair would not consider a refund or exchange even though this is a defective product. I was told to contact the seller which I did immediately in January. Got an AI generated letter on Jan 29th saying the company would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. After not hearing from them in that timeframe, I sent a follow up letter to them on 2/4/25. As of today, the company has not replied. I would have given NO STARS but was forced to give 1 star by the rating systems. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product or this seller. All I have to show for my money is a disappointed little granddaughter.

This thing came machine folded and vacuum packed. It didn't stand a chance to inflate. Pictured is a king size. After 5 days, only the very middle expanded. All the edges are what appear to be dead. No hope of expanding. No signs of life. We have a king bed for 2 people, and we don't sleep in the very middle. What a waste of $110.

Terrible. Seven days and it still isn’t expanded.

The delivery was quick, and the mattress seems to be working well so far. Upon unpacking, it quickly started to take its proper shape.

Horrible! Slippery and slides around all night,won’t stay in one spot

It works great on my trundle for my day bed to make up the 2inch difference in the mattresses it does have a center case that Im still trying to get out from where it was folded in half length wise

I had three guests and they all said they are very comfortable.

It's good. Does bunch up some during the night. I love the cool gel part, since I often sweat at night.

I’m thinking about buying another one. They’re very good and very comfortable. I’m going to get another one for my mother’s bed.
