I ordered 10 items from Wayfair during last month and 3 items arrived completely broken into pieces (I am expecting there may be more). These items were fragile ones such as toilet, vanity top for this Dina and lamps - I should not have ordered from Wayfair for the fragile items but back then, did not know. They sent out the replacement items and I only received one so far but toilet is again totally broken into pieces - I am now getting a refund because it is hopeless. Now I have to organise 4 returns, bringing all heavy items to Fedex and my timeline with contractors got significantly delayed. I will not recommend to buy any fragile items from Wayfair.
