Ordered 4 of these extra tall barstools. 3 Arrived without concern. Beautiful chair and just the design and height I needed. Unfortunately 1 arrived with a crack in the vertical support arm (see photo). This appeared to be because the packaging is extremely limited (see photo). The chair is wrapped in very thin cardboard, then boxed in a typical shipping box. No styrofoam or protective internal packaging material. Wayfair was great at sending a replacement, however, it arrived with the very same type of crack. I tried a third time and that chair just arrived with the same type of crack. That’s 50% of the chairs arriving with the same defect. Beautiful chair that I would give 5 stars to, however, it appears the manufacturing/packaging company has decided that the cost of protective internal packaging material is greater than the cost to ship a replacement chair. At 50% success rate, in my case, it seems a miscalculation. I will not be returning this or trying my luck at another replacement. Instead I plan to find a local furniture repair shop and have it fixed if possible. Beautiful and sturdy chair… but extremely poor packaging.

These stools are made of the highest handmade quality! We get so many compliments on them. Love them!

This bar stool is absolutely gorgeous. The workmanship is outstanding: Every seam and every screw is perfectly placed and the wood is finished impeccably. Mine has the white upholstery and is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. The seat, as well as the back, is soft and supportive. The arms are a welcome touch too. But I love the effortless swivel most of all. I'm currently using it in my classroom so I can sit during lectures and still be the same height as though I were standing. It is definitely the most comfortable and most attractive bar stool I've ever used.

These chairs are GREAT! I could not recommend them more highly. Sturdy. Solid wood. Nice fake leather. But really well made. The packaging is not the best, meaning they were not packed with care. My 14 year old could pack them a little better. Regardless, they came through nicely and there was no damage from shipping. I am impressed. Wayfair sells a nice product! I purchased three similar chairs and needed to send them back because the quality was not good. But these are really nice. And a good value for the money!!

These chairs are very comfortable and an air of chic to my counter.

I bought this chair for behind the counter at our store. It is used in a retail commercial setting and my staff that use it has continually complimented on how great it is and how much they appreciate having it. The swivel makes all the difference! It doesn’t hurt that it is quite attractive too!
