Absolutely what I expected. Great quality

These pillows mold to their surrounding. They are plush and extremely comfortable. I ordered 2 and am ordering a few more for replacement pillows. DMW

They sleep real nice. I got them for the guest room. My son actually took one for himself )

Wasn't quite as firm as I wanted but was ok

Although these do provide some support, it is not as much as I expected given the price and description of 'firm'. The real test will be how long they hold up before developing dents.

I ordered “firm” pillows. I got super soft pillows. I’m not going to return them I’ll give them away and try again with another company. Hopefully they’ll know the difference between firm and soft.

These are not firm pillows...our heads sunk right in them.....

Good support but still fluffy.

Comfy, lovely to relax into, but not really firm enough for a side sleeper.
