Wood is def darker than in photo. It is not the light bamboo I was expecting. Still a nice piece, but just be aware!

Bowels don't fit in holder. The wood will have to be sanded down to get the bowls to fit.

This is a really nice feeder. It looks modern and pretty, and since it’s elevated it’s convenient for my dog when eating. The ceramic bowls are easy to clean.

I was feeling bad that my dog had to bend down so far to eat his food and drink his water. I know as he ages, that will become more and more difficult. I wanted something that would raise his food and water a little higher but didn't look tacky. I found this to look classy and chic and my dog loves it. The wood will stand the test of time and the bowls are the perfect size and are very easy to clean. I imagine this would be great for cats as well.

Transitioning to the elevated feeder has not been an issue with our pets, although we do wish that the ceramic bowls were deeper to hold more water. The elevated feeder tray is well-made and of solid construction. No issues with maintenance or wear.
