Box lid does not fully close, because the hardware (hinges) are mounted ever so slightly wrong. Also, the box accomplishes a “soft close” not by using soft close hinges, but by mounting a single soft-close hinge inside an existing hinged box. Unfortunately, this third hinge consumes considerable space inside the box. It’s a shoddy kluge.

I ordered this item five MONTHS ago. The item came in perfect packaging. However, once unboxed I noticed that the item was completely broken. Which means that a broken item was purposely packaged, because the box had zero damage.
