Super cute floating shelf with storage. We mounted this on the wall and then mounted the TV on the wall above it. We are trying for a more minimalistic look and this is perfect for that. It allows us to still have the things we need near the TV without looking cluttered. The only thing I would change is that I would like the front to open in 3 sections instead of one big one.

Easy enough to put together though the directions are a bit confusing. It’s all picture directions, nothing written. The wall mounting strip is thin. It seems with just a minor upgrade in mounting materials the shelf would be more secure and could hold more than 7kg per shelf.

The shelf itself is exactly what I wanted but the lighting system was so weird we ended up not using it. That was a bummer since I was looking forward to that feature and also makes the price higher than Id have paid.

The shelving unit is sturdy and hangs on the wall securely. I have filled it with movies and have a nice sound bar on top of it, and I am not worried about it falling off the wall. It took a while for two of us to build it. The instructions are not quite accurate, but we were still able to make it work. The door is a little smaller than the cabinet which makes the cabinet look a little cheap, but overall the quality is what I would expect for the price.
