Eythen Performance Oriental Indoor Rug

I ordered a rug that stated it was 18' x 18'. It was great price, so I called customer service to confirm the rug size and the price. They assured me that I would be receiving the 18' x 18' rug. I just got my order and it was an 18" swatch. I called to return it, and I was told that I must return the swatch to get a refund. The problem is that 1. There was no manager to take my call and I have to wait 3-5 days for a callback 2. the rep told me she put in a request for pick up, but she lied 3. The rep is making me take the swatch to a Fed Ex office myself. Wait, wasn't this an error on Wayfair? I am Fuming! Couldnt the rep waive the item return?The rep also re-ordered the wrong item.

This area rug looks great and was just what I was looking for. I did put a pad under the rug just to keep it from slipping. It is not thick but it is a perfect for a family room.

It is more lies a Capetown sample, cant read do anything with it

It’s a nice rug, but it’s more blue than gray. I put it in two different rooms to see if it was just the light in the room that made it look blue. That was not the case, the rug definitely has a lot of blue. I was going for more of a charcoal gray.

The gold flecks in this rug do not stand out as much as the photo shows, but they are there and overall, the rug looks nice. It tends to try and roll up a little, so, I added weight until it flattened. You will need a rug pad unless you're putting it over carpet.

This rug is PERFECT for the room I just had built. The colors are true to representation. It rolled out flat with no kinks or wrinkles.

I love this rug. The only thing I would change is the description of colors. There is pink and purple in it.

Solid rug for a decent price. Plus, it arrived as scheduled.
