I live in a townhouse and the space is comfortable but not large. The dimensions were perfect for the space I had in my living room. I have a busy home with two small dogs, a newborn, my spouse and sister. The grandparents come around frequently to help out with the baby as well. So this rug has seen heavy traffic. The feel of it is kind of rough so we wear shoes when walking. One day I went to sit down and noticed on the corner of the rug the design was fading. We only had the rug for a month so I was bummed it didn’t last. I will continue to use it until it becomes more recognizable because it is still a good rug and the quality overall is good.
