Super comfortable looks great! JT#49

We waited to write this review until all issues were resolved. The delivery process went very well and exactly as promised. Unfortunately, once the sofa was placed in the room there was an obvious 2-inch gap between one arm and the reclining seat. We communicated through text, email and phone and Wayfair arranged for furniture repairman to come to our home in one week. The repairman diagnosed the issue but Wayfair needed to approve the additional time and material to replace a broken interior brace. That took another two weeks. The repair is now completed and it looks fine. We’re pleased with the prompt and professional way our issue was resolved.

I love it. It's comfortable, big and not so heavy. It's natural leather, so it's beautiful

Overall, it a comfortable recliner, the cushions are not that firm as expected. Assembly was easy. There are still some minor design flaws in looks: stitch line and and the backrest corner pcs that slide done on the backrest on either side: one is sitting a little lower than the other side.
