The rug arrived in adequate packaging within four days of placing my order. After unrolling it, I noticed the edges/seams were not straight, but I was able to 'stretch' it in areas to make this less noticeable. The color & pattern are true to what's depicted online (see photo). Be aware that the size can be misleading. The online description said 2'7" x 18'. The actual size of the runner I received was 32" wide x 211" long (so five inches shorter than advertised).

Love the vibrant color, pattern, and so forth. BUT when we had company over to play cards, a friend must have nervously shuffled his shoes all night, because the rug's upper layer was entirely worn down under his chair and a pile of fuzzy lint was spread all about. What's the point of "machine washable" when this happens? Shocked and sorely disappointed.

The colors were never as vivid as in the photo, but the true disappointment is in the fact that six months later there is hardly any color left in the rug even with being sprayed with a UV protection product. Only the area that was under the table didn't fade. Very poor color quality.

Love love love my new rug. The colors are absolutely gorgeous and it looks perfect with my green chairs and leather couch for my keeping room. The quality is great and the look is an expensive looking rug. I am so pleased!!!!!!

This runner is very well made and durable. I was a little disappointed with the color it’s very light and faded. All and all, this is a good purchase.

This was way too long for my hallway but I’m going to cut it down. Serves me right for not measuring, it’s a nice runner.

Very nice rug, a little thin, but nice quality. May need to add a rug pad underneath to prevent bunching or lifting at the edges. I have not washed it yet, so not sure how it will fair after a wash.

WAY too thin and floppy. Haven't even opened the 2nd one; not sure we are going to keep it.

The rugs do not lay down. They slip and crinkle up regardless of what type backing we use. Would not buy again.

Exactly as pictured and described! Just what I wanted and what my living room needed! Looks expensive and is well made. BEST OF ALL WASHABLE!!!
