I was warned by a review so I stopped expecting the barn red; the style and dimensions fit well in my open kitchen/living. I opened the box with enthusiasm, all well packed and looking beautiful. Since I couldn't find instructions for assembly, I went back to my Wayfair order and there was a link to the instructions pdf. Only that no matter where and on what you clicked in those photos of different products, the assembly description is not there. The assembly is not for a newcomer. If you are not a skillful handyman, or if you don't want to invest in a professional, don't buy.

Cabinet is very nice, but it came without instructions and none were available online. Very frustrating to assemble

This is a nice sturdy bookcase. The 4 stars is because the I thought it was going to be a true red from the description color, it is more of a brownish red color.
