Hot Tub is great. Delivery not so much. I selected inside delivery and that didnt happen. Contracted delivery service send 1 man and his teenage son to deliver 2 hot tubs inside my house. These tubs weigh about 500 lbs each. Needless to say, it didnt happen. It wasnt for lack of effort on their part. It just wasnt realistic to think 2 guys were going to accomplish the job. With my help, the 3 of us were able to get the tubs on the porch. Delivery company needs to reevaluate their expectations and staff accordingly.

Love the actual hot tub. Perfect size. Accommodates 3 adults with no problem. Delivery sucked!

An awesome spa that fits perfectly in our yard. Well made, spacious, powerful jets and nice hot water. The perfect plug and play spa that's a nice addition to our yard.

Good luck setting up this spa, especially if you wish to convert to 220V. Here is a list of my grievances: Plug and play cord wires unconnected, hanging loose inside control box. Zero instructions on how to convert to 220V. Good luck understanding the cryptic instructions inside the controller for the DIN switch settings which need to be modified for the conversion. 3 emails to QCA gave 3 different responses, they don't even know their own product. No diagrams, no instructions, no web link. The spa is poorly insulated as many lower cost spas are. Expect to stuff about 3 bails of fiberglass insulation behind the panels if you want energy efficiency. And good luck getting the panels back on. I had to take about 1/4" off one panel with a circular saw to get it back on. QCA's customer service sucks, they don't know their own products and send you literature that tells you very little to nothing. I was stuck filling up the spa at 2am with boiling water to prevent freezing until I and my electrician could figure out the correct DIN settings. Don't waste your time with QCA's poor quality assurance and evasive customer service.

We have just started using it, but it is everything they advertised. Easy to setup. No special wiring. A lot of fun. Maintains temp well and has been easy to care for. Pros: No special wiring needed. Built in GFI. Cons: Tight for four adults.

The spa is sturdy and the jets are powerful enough for some good relaxation. It comes with a locking soft cover, which is nice. I like that it runs from a regular outlet. This spa is a little small for 4. You could fit two medium sized adults and 2 kids. Or maybe two couples would be cozy. But 4 unrelated people would be uncomfortable. I liked the size because we're thinking about moving it inside for the winters. Overall it's worth the money.

Great product for the price. Setup was easy, and it was the perfect size for our deck!

Nice for the price, I changed to 220 and is much better now and I wish it came with a way to drain. The factory should put a drain valve somewhere by the pump.
