Jawone Velvet Chaise Lounge

Wayfair shipped only a single box (as shown on the FedEx package details) which included only the seat cushion and nothing else. The seat cushion seems nice enough, but it is useless without the arm, back, and legs. I contacted Wayfair but they were unwilling to help because I discovered the problem more than 30 days after placing the order.

This chaise lounge is very diminutive. It looks strangely small in comparison to other furniture. Unfortunately we waited to put it together and can't return it now, and it will be the last time we buy anything but end tables online. Goodbye Wayfair.
