Love this broom, The soft bristles are great on my hardwood floor, it glides on the wood and doesn't scratch it even when my cat overturns a potted plant. Good value for the price.

Tested and true

Bought the dustpan set too. Horsehair makes a great bristle. Very forgiving on surfaces. I wish it were angled, but you get used to how you need to navigate with it. Great for the hardwood floors. Not as sturdy as poly bristles, but it handles much better once you know how to use it.

Even though I read the reviews before I purchased this broom, I was still skeptical. I have hardwood floors throughout my house. I have two cats and a dog, so I use my Dyson vacuum or a Swifter daily. Didn’t want anything to scratch my floors, but I’m old school and wanted to sweep them. Well, put the vac and Swifter away. The bristles are soft, yet firm enough to put up all the hair, dust and dirt particles. Won’t have to purchase Swifter refills. Broom is sturdy. I have a three story home, thinking about buying a second one just to keep upstairs.

Very soft and nice for the house!

The natural bristles attract dirt, hair and dust making it effective at sweeping the hardwood floors in my consignment shop (Emotional Outlet @emoutlet) where hair, lint and dust create alarming dustbunnies extremely quickly. I can do a quick sweep with this tool and keep my store looking tip top for my customers. Love it. I searched for a long time to find a horsehair broom. There's a real need in the market place. So happy I found this one!
