This was even better looking than I thought it would be. It looks beautiful. However, customers should know that there is no opening for a diverter hose from a downspout. And there are no instructions for setting up other than the spigots. It seems like it is designed to just sit anywhere and gather rain, which would take forever. Arrived in great condition, simple set up. Seems well made. You don't need to be extremely precise on gutter orientation. We have about a 24" gap from open down spout to the barrel opening. Before we had a chance to correct that it rained and it filled just fine. Ordering a second one to link together using a short length of flexible garden hose with female fittings on both ends. The rain barrel looks as nice as the pictures. The mesh to keep the bugs out does not fits snuggly snuggly and I will need to add aluminum screen. There are two round cut outs near the top at the back of the rain barrel and I assume that’s for venting air as the barrel fills as well as when water is dispensed. Or I suppose it could be for overflow There was no diagram of the rain barrel explaining all the nuances. I really like this rain barrel. The green color is more muted than in the picture. It’s more of a gray-green than olive green. I have two of these - the first is connected to the gutter downspout and the overflow tube on that one is connected to the second barrel. The first barrel is elevated above the second. Great barrel that has a removable top. I daisy-chained two together and also put a 2 inch pipe connector in the second one to run water to a separate project. I've put soaker hoses on most of the brass spigots (not in this pic), and I obviously raised the barrels pretty high to maximize gravity for water pressure. Put these in two days ago and waiting for a good rain so I haven't seen them fill up yet.
