This bed is beautiful. Our last bed was from Copenhagen, and we loved it, but the pleather started flaking off after having it for 15 years. I was worried that the quality of this bed would not be up to the same standards, but it is. This is a really nice bed. The color is pure white, not off-white. The only thing that I’m not crazy about is that the slats sit higher up within the bedframe. Most of your mattress is going to sit above the frame. If you have a thicker mattress, ours is about 14 inches, it is going to sit high, and therefore a portion of the headboard becomes covered by the mattress. I do think that I read that they recommend a 10 inch or smaller mattress.
