Wrong size sent! Box badly damaged! And half of contents were missing! Website description is misleading. Wayfair is not being upfront with communications & basically insinuated that I’m lying. I will never order anything from Wayfair again!

I finally got to try it out this week as it's been so rainy here's in the northeast. It works so well in getting the fire to ignite and catch quickly without using a lot of crumpled up paper. I like that it's actually wood and not sometimes chemical fire starter. It burns quickly and cleanly and really gets the larger logs going. I love how it true that you only need 2 pieces too. This box will last a long time so I feel like there's a lot of value in this product. This is highly recommended! Two thumbs up!
