These pillows are not what is advertised! They're not firm at all and goes flat when you use them!! I definitely wouldn't recommend them!!

A little softer than we wanted. Not much support for a back and side sleeper

Pillows are a personal item, subject to your personal preferences. For us, these are good quality pillows, quite comfortable, we are sleeping well.

Arrived as pictured, shipping was bad open package. Zipper on cushion makes no sense why it exists and it it’s broken, so if someone lifts up on it as you can see from pics it looks ripped. But it’s the zipper won’t zip. Just arrived today I guess you get what you pay for.m

This is in no way a firm pillow. However, I like it. My husband was looking for a new firm pillow. This is not it. The description should really be changed.
