Lids crack rather easily, some arrived cracked. Does what I need though.

The containers were exactly what I expected. Sturdy, good in size and came in right away. I was very pleased with my order.

2 of my totes were broken.

I have two totes with no lids. Because your lids broke down and cannot be used. I don’t see why I should recycle two good totes and go buy two more with lids. Most of the time they don’t get recycled and wind up in landfill. I read another customer who had the same problem. Read your reply. As far as a business is since it makes sense to you do not sell replacement lids. But to your customers, we need replacement lids.
