Sterilite Plastic Clear Stackable Latching Storage Box Container

4 out of 6 are cracked. 3 of them just at the top, but one of them is completely unusable. I am assuming it is a shipping issue, but I am not happy.

After some haggling, Wayfair replaced the broken totes I very much appreciate that. The new box came all totes were in tact. They should work as I anticipated. Thank you to the first CSR I spoke to who was willing to provide a resolution to their supervisor for taking care of it. The second CSR that butted into the chat was not nearly as understanding helpful. Wish I had gotten their names.

4 out of 6 containers were broken. The delivery was very fast-must have dropped them out of a plane. The 2 remaining containers were okay. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Never can have too much storage containers. Makes areas look so much more organized and neat! Tabs can also tell contents.

The tubs were fine, except 1 tub was cracked. we are trying to find a number to report this problem. should we receive a partial refund for 1 tub? Thanks.

Absolutely love these. Perfect size for storage in my basement. Also even full, it is not that heavy to lift. Holds all my Click and Grow packages and attachment lights with plenty of room.

Item according to website was 23 34 L x 16 W x 13 12 H storage box. I received 16 14 L x 11 14 W x 11 58 H storage box. Very disappointed that description did not match item.
