I am a huge fan of bins and containers. I have ADHD and clear containers allow me to make sure everything has a home, because I can see what’s inside. For many people like me, if it’s out of sight it’s just gone. That can lead to a lot of anxiety when you have no clue where your belongings are at. For fourty years I couldn’t understand why I found myself with clutter everywhere and stressed about putting it away. Where is “away”? Thankfully a doctor figured this out and bins have saved my sanity!!
This set is the perfect size for organizing anything from dog treats to spices to medication bottles to scissors and tape. They are very strong and the clips on the sides mean business. They have by far the most secure lids I’ve ever used. They stack like fine masonry. I love them.
I went though an ordeal getting them though. They kept sending one at a time, and then asked me to send the one back to get a refund and then they’ll charge me for the new set coming. But then I’d just get one again, and they wanted me to ship two back, in two different boxes, so I didn’t get charged for those two “sets” on top of the third “set” that came- that for the third time was only one container. At this point it was comical, and I had to put the LeT Me sPEaK To YouR ManAgEr wig to get the situation fixed. She just refunded me for all three individual containers, and charged me for the fourth “set of one” that was on the way. Lol! She found out what the issue was and fixed it hopefully. I eventually collected a full set and it was an adventure.
If something like this ever happens please remember that the customer service people didn’t input the information into the system that the warehouses and fulfillment people see. Errors happen. Don’t take it out on anyone. There’s always a positive solution with kindness and sometimes a funny story.
