Don’t forget to remove the protective film from the reflector. Though it has a small footprint it is very bright. It generates a bit of heat so be sure to leave enough space so your plants don’t get scorched.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very pleased with the SunBlaster, as it’s easy to install, has good power, and is making my plants happy! The SunBlaster arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and ready to go. You do have to remove the bulb so you can peel away the film that protects the reflector, which you directions tell you, but it isn’t necessarily obvious you must do so. The light comes with a decent length power cord, and the light has the ability to be connected to more units. You turn it on and off with a spinning switch on the cord itself. It also includes hardware to hang the light, which works well, but the clips are difficult to install on the housing without scratching the surface…this wasn’t a big deal to me. I set the light up to grow house and aquarium plants, and it has done a great job so far. Functionally it seems sturdy, and I expect it will last a good long while. I will say that the SunBlaster does put out heat as well, so you do want to give your plants space so that they aren’t scorched or damaged. I have mine attached of the underside of a shelving unit, so I can move it up or down to achieve an ideal distance. I do recommend this light, and look forward to exploring other products from the brand!

The durability is amazing,it’s not cheap made and is perfect for my flowers this summer. Also it is very vey easy to setup and install,it comes with everything that you need plus the cord.
