I love my steam press. It only takes a few minutes to look amazing. No more dry cleaners bills for me. A close friend purchased 1 for her grandmother and 1 for her fiancé for Xmas gifts when I showed her mine. I will continue to tell everyone about buying one. It’s worth the money.

I hate ironing, I love it! Less work for me and save me hundreds from sending my clothes to the cleaners!

This saves me time since it is difficult to use an iron. The clothes look as if they were professionally pressed

First let me say this. Wayfair handled my issue with my purchase FAST, and in a very professional way. I will buy from them again without question. Now to my product review. So the presser arrived. I’m so freakin excited. Then reality sets in. I opened the 1st box. It contains the stand. The stand was obviously a returned purchase. There was food stuck to it ( tiny bits, but still…food) and the hardware (nuts and bolts) were missing. Also missing was the locking screw that holds the stand in place (a very important part). I called Wayfair and explained the issue. They immediately offered a partial refund that I ended up agreeing to since the hardware and locking screw are all parts available at any hardware store. Then I opened the 2nd box. The box containing the actual press. The press was MUCH smaller than I expected. In the product description, it says 31inches, but this press is only 22 inches long at its longest part. Then I look at the description again to check. There it is, 31 inches. The wording is kind of confusing because I now think it’s referring to a dimension of the stand not the presser. They really need to separate those descriptions so you can differentiate them when deciding whether to buy or not. I’m sending this one back as 22 inches is just to short for my plans. I’m giving a 5 star rating even though I did not use the press and the other issues have zero to do with product quality.

It’s an amazing product and it’s durable. It was just what I was looking for and it isn’t hard to use whatsoever.

Tank and top part came damaged and clothes stick to surface. Would recommend to use tradition iron press only

The stand was easy to assemble. The steam iron works better than the hand held Rowenta, which is heavy. I pressed cotton kitchen towels, napkins and table cloth in very little time. Also, the water container didn't need frequent refilling like the hand held iron.
