My only complaint are that it is a little flimsy, it sticks to the clothes (catches but you can fix it), and it is hard to show bottoms. But the process is right and it’s is easy to move and lift. I've purchased a few items from Wayfair in the past, but I was in the middle of moving into my New Jersey apartment by myself, so things were too hectic to leave a review back then. However, I recently bought a Portable Hemming Machine and am so satisfied with it that I finally decided to write one. It’s the same brand I used to own. Although this is a slightly lower-tier model than my previous one, the price was about the same. I bought my old one in-store, but it’s really hard to find this specific brand and model from other suppliers right now. Plus, from my experience, other places usually have slow shipping. Since I needed it urgently, I went with Wayfair again based on my previous good experiences, hoping for fast delivery. I placed the order on Thursday afternoon, and it arrived right around noon today (Monday). The delivery was smooth and remembering how well all my previous Wayfair orders were delivered, I really want to thank everyone involved, including the supplier. I set up the machine today and tested it out—it works perfectly and is just as easy and convenient to use as my old one. This also reminds me of a past order (mostly furniture back then) where I had to return an item because it wasn't quite what I expected. Wayfair's customer service was incredibly kind and handled both the return and refund smoothly. I’d like to express my belated gratitude for that as well! Of course, this time the purchase was absolutely perfect with zero issues, so I didn't even need to contact customer service. This floor mannequin is perfect for smaller spaces and is best for displaying accessories. This does have a 26" waist to display clothing and has 2 holes, one for centering and 1 for off-centering. The item is not adjustable.

A nice set, though the hooks came all in a plastic bag taped tight, so I'm very glad I got the version with the backpack. The backpack was shipped separately. The "yarn" it comes with is both in small balls, and is not normal yarn. I look forward to messing with it sometime, but I don't know how well it "counts" for learning. (I mostly wanted the backpack and to have a set of hooks that haven't wandered off somewhere in the house.) The backpack fits all the sample yarn quite well. It has a clamshell kind of closure under its zipper, which does not show well in pictures. The zipper arrangement has little holes under it (so it's not perfectly "sealed"; I guess you could run yarn out through those holes?), and the zipper-ends dangle; if you were making it checked baggage, you might get damage, though you can try tucking the ends into the holes under them. There are many pockets, and I do love pockets. It makes me happy to have spare hooks, a place for more hooks when I find the ones that've gone AWOL, and some weird "yarn" to play with.. Elizabeth. Have ordered 3 of these for my online clothing business. They are just what I needed. The smaller one is about a 2T size and the larger is a 3T-4T...Perfect. They do have a smell when they are first unboxed, but it does fade over time.
