Stainless Steel is the only way to go with this type of cooker. The Aluminum type just do not cook as well and do not last nearly as long as Stainless.

Used it for the first time today. Easy set up. We used it for low country boil. We plan on using it to boil down maple sap for syrup, and our yearly tomato sauce. Great quality all the way around.
