I am 5'7, the couch is too low for me as it doesn't even it my shoulders when sitting down. The cushions are very firm. It comes in about six pieces, to include the sofa, chaise, arms, and a back for both the chaise and the sofa. All pieces ate snapped together. When I sit down on the couch and leaned back some the back parts fell off.

Lovely sofa. High quality fabric. Just wish the seats and back pillows were more “fulll”, has a slight thinness.

Great and easy to assemble. Cushions are firm and couch is sleek looking. Can assemble within 15mins and easy to disassemble if needed.

Easy to assemble- I was able to do it on my own. The cushions are pretty firm (which is why I only gave 4 stars). So if you want a more supportive sofa, this would be a good purchase. Looks just like the photo.
