This is a beautiful modern chic pure white couch! It is nice and firm offering good support.

First, I'll say that Wayfair's customer service was great with this situation. Now, about the product and the "pay for delivery and assembly" part... The couch arrived with three holes poked in the upholstery. It's very uncomfortable to sit on, and one of the legs keeps falling off. Wayfair should do a better job of vetting their delivery people. Mine arrived without tools, asked if I had a drill or a screwdriver and then left with one of my tools they used, talked loudly on speakerphone to a friend while assembling my couch, and one person injured himself while assembling the couch, after which i gave him a bandage and cleaned up the blood dripped on my floor. When I asked if they'd remove (or assist me with removing) my old couch and putting it on the sidewalk for trash pickup, they said they would... for a fee. Yeah, I needed the old couch out, so I ended up giving them $80. Because if I didn't, there's nowhere they could have put the new one. All in all, a terrible experience. Extremely unprofessional and unprepared. Not to mention, couch is awfully uncomfortable and falling apart. Do not buy.

Wrong dimensions despite me having double checked them with a customer service person. Listing says seat depth was 34", but it is only 21". Very uncomfortable and the cushions are quite stiff.
