8 X 5Ft 2-Tier Waterproof Outdoor Grill Gazebo With Vented Top

We have had this for 2 weeks and it’s already rusting. Very very disappointing but at this point we are not willing to disassemble and return it. IF it wasn’t already rusting it would be a nice unit. I fear it won’t be good next year.

It’s a nice addition to our entertainment space outdoors. I will say it’s a little wobbly but so far so good. Overall I am pleased with this grill gazebo

Good value for price; needed two people to put some together so pieces wouldn't shift. All holes met up properly and nice heft to it

This product does not hold up. In about 6 month the canopy started seeping water inside. It also is poorly made that the canopy rubs against the frame and made a hole allowing water inside running down tbe frame as well ( as you can see this canopy is thin and that hole will only grow as it continues to rub on the metal frame you can already see it thinning straight against where it sits on the frame- I lifted it off the frame so you can see) my grills are always soaked with water when it rains. Add to it it I bought the insurance knowing canopies have a tendency of leaking at the seams. Well since this all took place under a year, it is said to still be under warranty. Problem is manufacturing warranty doesn't want to be liable so makes excuses and offered us 10% off a different product- almost as a slap in the face insult- guess they don't care about customer retention. It's not even a year and our canopy doesn't protect our grill from the elements, so basically this product doesn't do what it is supposed to do-ane the warranty won't help, and the insurance won't help be warned. better off looking elsewhere not wayfair to buy most of what you need- never had a issue with warranty or insurance with Any other company the way this experience has gone down. Customer Service is no help trying to tell me they will give me a new Shed if I wait, telling me they can't honor my warranty on this product though it's broken a d. not even a year. I have insurance too boot, they are being difficult in the hopes I go away. I have read the complains from others by this Manufactuer and how they have been scammed out of more money when initiating returns buy be aware- I don't even know why Wayfair would sell their products with this type of business practice and stealing from customers instead of honoring warranties.
