Cruz Hand Loomed Wool/Cotton Striped Rug in Green

I love the color of this rug! I would have given this rug a five star rating except for the fact that there is a dime size divot in it that it still doesn’t lay down flat after several weeks of being unrolled. I had placed heavy books on it for several days. That took some of the curl out, but it is still rumpley. Also, there was a very strong smell to it which has diminished somewhat after having it for several weeks.

As another reviewer stated, this rug retained a musty smell for a good long while. I treated multiple times with rug freshener powder and vacuuming. It is also very scratchy - not soft at all. If you are looking for a rug for an entryway, this might be good for that. This rug does look nice. If you are looking for a family room rug comfortable for bare feet and for kids to play on, this is not it.

In general, I am happy with the rugs. However, the colors of the rugs are somewhat different than the colors represented in the photos.

rug had more green than photo showed but a nice rug. Works well at the entry way with a rug grip under it. Not too thick so easy to shake out. Pros: good for entry Cons: none

This would be a 5-star rug except that it has retained a very musty smell even after a week out of the packaging and nearly half a bottle of Febreeze. Otherwise, it's beautifully made, and the color gradations are more subtle than the picture suggests, so it creates a nice backdrop for the living room.

Matches well but pretty stiff.
