Gets the job done but break over time

Shoe rack looks nice but it only last 5 months. My shoe rack collapsed. I only had shoes on it.

Well!!! Some of the bars were bent and that may have been the carriers fault. Other than that the shoe rack is PERFECT!!

NOT VERY STURDY YOU DEFINATELY ARE GOING TO NEED TO ATTACH TO THE WALL, STRAPPING PACKING CAME SO TIGHT IT CREASED THE MATERIAL WHERE YOU WOULD SET YOUR SHOES SO MAKES IT BEVEL A BIT , WHEN PUTTING SHOES OR WHATEVER YOUR GOING TO STORE TAKE IN THE WEIGHT FACTOR SO IT DOESNT FALL OVER, BOTH PARTS WERE GOOD ABOUT SENDING OUT ANOTHER SHOE RACK WHICH COME UNCREASED AND QUICKLY THANKS TO THE STORE AND. CUSTOMER SERVICE

they are flimsy and no need for the plastic thing to hold the shoes but it definitely does the job

Worst product ever! Purchased 5 months ago and it can’t hold he weight of our shoes and pulled out of the wall. The frame completely fell apart and is bent. The warranty information is not available online and the company Rebrilliant and Wayfair clearly don’t stand by their products after reaching out to Wayfair. Really too bad with all of the purchases we make. Honestly NO stars for this product and the service that came with it.

Lots of space easy to assemble

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE COST, I ONLY HAD THIS FOR A WEEK AND PUT MY SHOE ON IT, AND IT IS ON THE FLOOR NOW... SO DISAPPOINTING...... AFTER RECEIVING A NEW RACK ONLY AFTER A WEEK THIS IS THE WORT PRODUCT EVER, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.....

Terribly cheap. Wabted ti charge me 20 00 to return or 20.00 refund . Paid 110. Fir 2 sets. Made with saran weapons shelves & cheap rhin tim poles. Buyer beware ! Horrible quality. Not so great customer service. Don't get stuck with them !

I’ve had this rack for about two weeks. It fits perfectly and I was so excited. It’s in a closet only I use, and no pets. Today I woke up to it crashed over, poles bent and connectors bent and split. I only have women’s shoes on it, nothing heavy or clunky. I’m so sad! Wish I would have taken a pic.
