It took about 4 different tries before we received one that wasn't broken upon arrival, but it was well worth the process (and Wayfair is always wonderful with Customer Service and made it very easy). Wayfair wasn't the one packaging the item and they made very detailed notes on how to package it when we had repeated problems that the manufacturer just wasn't following. The piece is stunning and it a great statement in our hall niche.

What a beauty. Arrived in absolutely perfect condition which is no easy feat. Quality is really good- not the kind you usually see with MOP shells glued up haphazardly. Lovely lines and I love looking at it everyday.
