Love the chair, the color, the ease of assembly

Chair was easy to assemble. Instructions re very clear as opposed to the delivery. I called Wayfair the day after ordering to see if I could have the package delivered inside the house. I was assured that FedEx would send me a tracking number and then I would be able to put in that request. That never happened and the box was left on the front porch. It's very obvious what is inside the box so it could have been stolen very easily at this time of year. They never rang the doorbell or anything. Very poor communication.

It's very uncomfortable. The cushions are hard. I love the reclining mechanism. If it had proper cushions (back, seat and footrest) it would be awesome.

Looks like it’s made sturdy! Find it more compact than I expected (small). Find the seat low. It doesn’t accommodate tall people very well.

This recliner is fantastic -- it gets five stars, but Wayfair delivery and customer service missed the mark. First off, the recliner was easy to assemble, is comfortable, and it's the perfect size for the space I bought it for. I'm very happy with the purchase and recommend it to others. Delivery from Wayfair was frustrating. The item was left on my driveway, which was to be expected. But there was no door knock to alert us that the package had arrived. We're talking about an $800 recliner left on the driveway. When I contacted Wayfair to share my concern, I was told I needed to set up a door-knock request with FedEx directly. I don't get the customer service principle on that. I didn't know that FedEx would be delivering the item. All I received via email was a notice of order shipment with no tracking number and a note that shipping information would be limited because it's coming from outside of Canada, so I'm not sure how I could set up a door-knock request when I don't even know the company being used to ship the item. Another big online retailer will have delivery folks knock on your door when orders far less than $800 are delivered and the customer is not the one who needs to request it. There are so many great items on Wayfair, but the shipping experience leaves me feeling hesitant about purchasing big ticket items in future.
