The product description of pile thickness was inaccurate; the color was inaccurate; the quality of the rug was extremely poor. I returned the item immediately. I was under the impression that returns to Wayfair were free. I was surprised to have a $30 return fee for a rug that was misrepresented by Wayfair.

The rug was nice but the shape listed in the description was wrong. I ordered what was listed as “rectangle “, but instead received a “half-moon”. Of course, as usual Wayfair was an absolute pleasure to deal with and took care of returnrefund.

Might be a great carpet? I don’t k it though because I’ve received the wrong carpet twice so far. Third time lucky? Fingers crossed
