Looks good but difficult to assemble.

Not very structured. Instructions recommended anchoring this piece to the wall, it needs more than that. Very wobbly from side to side. We braced the sides and screwed it into the back wall. We made it work for us, but at this price I expected better quality.

The 1 star is due to the worst installation instructions we have ever had. There is one set of generic directions for all the different units. No list of pieces or parts for each individual unit. No extra screws just in case you lose one. Physical closet pieces left over that you just can figure out where they go because not listed in the instructions and you cannot see it on the picture above. Also, no means to attach it. Called the phone number on back of the generic instructions (not Wayfair but the company in Sarasota, Florida) and had to leave a voice mail for the one sole person who helps with issues in installation. Called me back 24 hours later. Left me a message since I could not get to the phone at that second. Called back 5 minutes later and had to leave another message. Never called back again and it is now the weekend.
